Your personal coach - Michael Ockrim - will travel to your location and coach you one-on-one for three days!

All travel, meals, training & cooking equipment included for you and Michael.

STEP 1 - ASSESSMENT

  • Movement and nutrition evaluation

  • Kitchen refrigerator and pantry makeover

  • Sleep habit review

  • Strength & Conditioning training area design

  • Training equipment selection, delivery, and installation (if necessary) for client to keep

  • Travel and lodging expenses for Michael to your location

STEP 2 - NUTRITION

Grocery Store Tour and Shopping

  • Grocery checklist

  • Purchase groceries for the week

  • Learn to navigate the grocery store for nutrition and cost savings

  • Learn efficient post-shopping food preparation techniques to facilitate healthy eating

Hands-on Cooking Lessons

  • Three cooking and meal prep sessions

  • Prepare food and snacks for the upcoming week

  • One week menu and recipes

  • Recipes designed to be prepared and served within 20 minutes

  • Recipes use whole foods and can be tailored to specific tastes and preferences

  • Essential cooking utensils not in client’s home will be provided for client to keep

  • Clean up

STEP 3 - MOVEMENT

Strength, Conditioning, & Mobility Coaching

  • Three in-person coaching sessions

  • 6 week training program

  • Six weekly online coaching sessions

  • Training videos

  • Programs do not require specialized equipment or space

  • Programs will be customized to client’s activity preferences, schedule, and space

  • Equipment can be selected by client - includes purchase, delivery, and installation (if necessary)

  • Programs customized to specific fitness abilities and needs

STEP 3 - RECOVERY

Sleep Habit Review and Recovery Recommendations

  • Develop a consistent sleeping routine

  • Eliminate sleep-sapping pitfalls in the bedroom

  • Incorporate sleep-inducing habits and resources to rest soundly

  • Review active rest and relaxation techniques

STEP 4 - EVOLVE

Continuing Education for a Healthy Lifestyle

  • Two online coaching sessions at 60 and 90 day mark
