STEP 2 - NUTRITION
Grocery Store Tour and Shopping
Grocery checklist
Purchase groceries for the week
Learn to navigate the grocery store for nutrition and cost savings
Learn efficient post-shopping food preparation techniques to facilitate healthy eating
Hands-on Cooking Lessons
Three cooking and meal prep sessions
Prepare food and snacks for the upcoming week
One week menu and recipes
Recipes designed to be prepared and served within 20 minutes
Recipes use whole foods and can be tailored to specific tastes and preferences
Essential cooking utensils not in client’s home will be provided for client to keep
