SIX WEEKS - EIGHT COACHING SESSIONS

STEP 1 - ASSESSMENT

  • Movement and nutrition evaluation

  • Kitchen refrigerator and pantry makeover

  • Sleep habit review

STEP 2 - NUTRITION

Grocery Store Tour (in-person or virtual)

  • Grocery checklist

  • Coaching to navigate the grocery store for nutrition and cost savings

  • Learn efficient post-shopping food preparation techniques to facilitate healthy eating

Cooking Lessons

  • One online or in-person cooking lesson

  • Prepare food and snacks for week

  • One week menu and recipes

  • Recipes designed to be prepared and served within 20 minutes

  • Recipes use whole foods and can be tailored to specific tastes and preferences

STEP 3 - MOVEMENT

Strength, Conditioning, & Mobility Coaching

  • 6 online or in-person coaching sessions

  • 6 week custom training program

  • Custom training videos

  • Programs do not require specialized equipment or space

  • Programs will be customized to client’s activity preferences, schedule, and space

  • Programs customized to specific fitness abilities and needs

STEP 4 - RECOVERY

Sleep Habit Review and Recovery Recommendations

  • Develop a consistent sleeping routine

  • Eliminate sleep-sapping pitfalls in the bedroom

  • Incorporate sleep-inducing habits and resources to rest soundly
