Our Parent Add-On program is designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and establish lifelong training habits, all while supporting and bonding with your kids.
Parents will follow a modified version of the same calculated and progressive programming that helps our student athletes excel.
With expert coaching in technique for presses, pulls, squats, and hinges, you’ll train safely and effectively while setting an incredible example of health and discipline for your family.
