For Michael, a serendipitous encounter at Fenwick High School's weight room in 1992 did just that. Guided by Ray Moland, a fellow student, Michael not only mastered the bench press but also ignited a passion that would change the trajectory of his life.
This wasn’t just about building muscles. Michael's journey through weightlifting was one of mental transformation, taking him from an unconfident teenager to a self-assured individual, recognizing his capability to shape his destiny.
Fast forward to today, Michael's commitment to strength training is palpable. In addition to coaching the Stars, Michael is the Founder and Head S&C Coach at Mighty Oak Athletic, guiding and nurturing countless young athletes on their training journeys.
