Training Days & Times: Monday-Saturday; 1:30pm-7:30pm
Through consistent training and hard work, students will develop physical competency and mental toughness that builds confidence and discipline.
Students learn proper warm up protocol, strength exercises, cardiovascular conditioning, and mobility movements to keep them physically safe and competitive.
